It was founded and established by the late Hadja Subia Doton Kali & Hadji Abdurahman T. Kali, may Allah bless them and accept their noble goals. One of their biggest motivation in life was to spread the words of Allah, the Qur'an through education. they believed that a person must always guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah so that they can achieve the best in this world and hereafter. throughout the years, they saved some of there personal financial resources so that they will be able to achieved and accomplished in building their dreams of madrasahs and masjids. Before they return to the mercy of ALLAH, they established 2 Masjids and 3 madrasahs.

Currently, the Hadja Subia Holy Qur'an Memorization Center for Women have already more than 40 students who graduated and successfully memorized the whole Qur'an at the early age. while the Madrasah for Children regularly have more than 200 students.
